    RETURN POLICY:
    Returns are separated into two categories: Buyer's Error or Seller's Error. Though Buyer's Error is rare, it does happen to the best of us:  Buyer's remorse, Click-N-Buy, Quick-Bid, etc.  We will return items because of Buyer's Error, but the Buyer will be responsible for shipping back to us and a 20% restocking fee.     The following are some examples for the Buyer of possible situations requiring a Return and how to select the correct return. Selecting the correct Return Option helps the process go faster and smoother. If the Buyer chooses the wrong Return Option, they run the risk of the Return being denied.
    These are examples only and do not cover every situation
    , but if the Buyer is not sure which Return option to select, they are encouraged to contact the Seller BEFORE opening a Return Case and the Seller will advise them which Return (If any) is the appropriate one for the Buyer's situation.
    ***Example One: If the Buyer receives the item damaged, but seemingly packaged poorly for the type of item received, they must ask for an "Arrived Damaged" Return. (However, if the item appears to be packaged properly, the Buyer must open a claim with the shipping company and advise the Seller that they have done so, in order for the Seller to help the Buyer with the claim in any way they can.)
    ***Example Two: If it arrived not as the Buyer expected, the Buyer should double-check the listing to be sure that the item matches the description and, if it does not match, then the Buyer would select a "Doesn't Match Listing or Pictures" Return.
    ***Example Three: If the item does not fit the Buyer's intended unit, DO NOT TRY TO FORCE FIT! The Buyer should double-check and make sure their unit is the correct model for this item. If the unit is the intended model for the purchased item, but still does not fit, the Buyer should select a "Doesn't Fit" Return.

    In the event of a Seller's Error Return, refund will be paid as soon as the item is returned with these conditions fulfilled: (1) Packaging (Original bags, boxes, clamshells, etc.) needs to be returned with the item. (2) Item cannot be visibly damaged due to misuse or trying to "force fit". (Seller's discretion) (3) A tracking number must be provided by the buyer before the item is delivered to the seller. (4)
    Returns must be started within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item (As stated by the tracking number) - Failure to meet any of these conditions might result in a denied refund.
