Schroth Jewelers Handmade Sterling Silver Flower Vase Produced for Cartier

A stunning hand made sterling silver flower vase retailed by Cartier of New York and designed by Schroth Jewelers of Montville, New Jersey. Wolfgang Schroth was a Tiffany & Co. silversmith before founding his own company which manufactured very fine handwrought silver items for firms such as Cartier. Marked on bottom "Schroth" "HAND MADE STERLING" "81" "Cartier" 7 1/8" high , 2 3/4 " wide base. 205 grams. Wear consistent with age. Small scratches and dents throughout. Lid is very slightly bent.
