    Description

    Nice dug Union Civil War cavalry carbine sling tip. It was riveted to the end of the leather carbine sling. It has a good looking green and brown patina. All four rivets are still attached. It was dug near Fredricksburg in Virginia. It measures app. 2 3/8" wide and 1 1/16" tall. The pictures accurately show its condition.
