Laminate, veneer benchtop edgebander. This is the same machine Rockler sells under their name:

Used for one project and no longer need. Works great, very well made. The heater has adjustment for the temperature, basically allowing you to adjust how fast you apply banding.  I drilled 2 recess holes on the work surface to mount a couple of rollers for the project I used it for. It doesn't affect the machine, but the board can be easily replaced if it bothers you.
Comes in original box.
