    Hello and thank you for viewing our auction. This auction item is another excellent piece from the military collection we purchased from a long time collector and Williamsburg Virginia. Per the family this buckle and another that we have listed were found side-by-side by collector in 1977 on private land with permission only 800 yards from the location of Fort Magruder in Williamsburg Virginia. This auction is for a dug Baby US Union Civil War belt buckle in a Riker display case. The buckle does have a crack at the bottom center between the U and the S.
