Carl Schumann Neoclassical Portrait Green Pink & Gold Demitasse Cup & Saucer A
Nice porcelain demitasse cup and saucer. Decorated with a portrait of a Neoclassical woman framed in gold gilding. With a wide green band around the center with gold scrollwork overlay, and pink bands with gold medallions. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom Schumann Germany. This mark was used during the 1940s.
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
The cup measures approximately 3 inches wide including the handle x 2 3/8 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately
4 1/4 inches wide.
