For sale is a guaranteed authentic, Dug, rectangular, "clipped corner" confederate Civil War waist belt plate, circa 1860-1961. It is plate #431 in Mullinax Confederate Belt Buckles and plates book.
Rolled brass plate with applied brass tongue, belt loop bar and keepers (missing). Photos show evidence of where they used to be soldered on.
