William Southey English STERLING Base with Swirl / Wavy Glass Vase or Jigger?
Approximately 4 7/8" tall x 2 1/4" base width x 2" vase or Jigger opening
The glass is swirled so please note that it is not just straight cut.
It is marked sterling, markers mark and # 3546 on the base
Wonderful condition, there is an "o" ring attached to upper rim of the base, not sure if something is missing or not....sold as seen!!!!
