Alvin Sterling Silver Overlay 4.5" Green Glass Vase, 3208-3 G; monogram GF

Description

This vase was a bit difficult to ID because of scratches along the silver rim base, but with the help of a loupe, I believe I have made out the .925 sterling designation, along with the word FINE and the Alvin hallmark.  The numbers that follow are 3208-3 G.  Etched into the bottom of the glass are what appear to be 3A (or 3t) 508.  The overlay design is not as elaborate as other examples from Alvin, but it is in very good condition and features lilies and stylized leaves.  The vase measures 4-1/2" tall, 2" at the widest part, 1-1/4" diameter at the top, and 1-1/8" at the base.
